Same engine on every plan. The difference is who runs it.
Before you talk to us.
Every engagement is scoped to your business — how many brands the engine runs, the size and complexity of your catalog, and how much of the operation you want us to hold. After a short scoping call we quote a flat monthly figure, so you know the number before anything starts. No seats, no credits, no per-keyword metering.
One brand is one commercial identity — its own domain, catalog and reporting line. Agencies add brands as they win them; each one gets the full engine across all five channels, scoped and quoted on its own.
The software is identical. Agency software means your team operates it. Managed services means ours does — strategy, approvals, publishing and reporting — with the licence included in the price.
No. Every brand starts read-only. The engine audits, proposes and shows you the diff; write scope is granted per channel when you are ready.
Each change is held against the page or listing it replaced for fourteen days, trend-filtered against the rest of the account. Anything that loses is reverted and the loss stays in the ledger.
No setup fee. Onboarding runs about a week per brand — connecting sources, mapping the catalog, and agreeing the approval gates.
Yes, at any billing period. Agencies commonly run managed services on their first brand and move it in-house once the playbook is proven.
